Booking
How far in advance should I book?

For Saturday dates, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks out, especially March through October. Weekday and Sunday dates can often be arranged with just 1–2 weeks' notice. The sooner you reach out, the more date options you'll have.

How do I check availability?

Use our contact form or call (404) 480-2645. We respond same-day during studio hours and confirm availability within the hour on business days.

Can I book last-minute?

Sometimes, yes — especially for weekday and Sunday events. Reach out and we'll tell you what's available. We can't guarantee same-week availability during peak season (April–October), but we always check.

Do I need a deposit to book?

Yes — we require a deposit to hold your date. Full details are shared during the booking process.

Delivery & Setup
Do you set everything up?

Yes. Every rental includes delivery, full setup, safety walk-through, and teardown. You don't lift a finger — and we usually arrive 60–90 minutes before your guests.

What surfaces do you set up on?

Grass is ideal. We also set up on artificial turf, concrete patios, asphalt driveways, and most indoor venues. Just let us know your surface type during booking so we bring the right anchoring equipment.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes — our Marigold is specifically designed to work indoors. Gyms, community centers, church fellowship halls, and large garages all work. Ceiling height should be at least 14 ft. Let us know during booking that you need an indoor setup.

How much space do I need?

It depends on the piece. Our smallest (The Atrium) needs about 14 × 14 ft of clear space. Our largest (RampageZone) needs about 37 × 16 ft. Check the individual inflatable pages for full dimensions — or just tell us your yard size and we'll advise.

Do you deliver to parks or event venues?

We can deliver to parks and private venues with prior approval from the venue. We carry all standard insurance documentation venues typically require. Reach out and we'll help you coordinate.

Pricing
What does a bounce house rental cost?

Rentals start at $150/day (The Sundae, The Atrium, RampageZone) and go up to $180/day for The Marigold. All prices include delivery, setup, and teardown — no hidden fees.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — delivery, setup, and teardown are included in the rental price for all locations within our 35-mile service zone. No surprise charges at the end.

Are there extra fees for weekend or holiday bookings?

No. Our standard pricing applies to all days of the week. The only factors that might affect pricing are distance (if outside our standard zone) and any optional add-ons.

Safety & Weather
What's the rain policy?

You can reschedule or convert to studio credit up to 24 hours before delivery — no fees, no questions. We watch the radar with you. Light drizzle is usually manageable; thunderstorms are a definite reschedule.

Are the pieces insured and inspected?

Yes. Party Lab carries general liability insurance, and every piece is professionally inspected annually plus checked before each rental. We do a full safety walk-through with you on setup day.

What's the wind policy?

We don't operate inflatables when sustained winds exceed 20 mph. If weather conditions are unsafe on event day, we'll work with you to reschedule.

How many kids can use the inflatable at once?

It depends on the piece. The Marigold holds up to 8 kids, The Sundae up to 10, and The Atrium and RampageZone are rated per manufacturer guidelines shared during setup. We go over capacity rules during our safety walk-through.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 35-mile radius of our Conyers, GA studio. That covers all of metro Atlanta including Buckhead, Midtown, East Atlanta, Decatur, Smyrna, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth, Kennesaw, and dozens of other cities and suburbs.

My city isn't listed — do you still deliver there?

Probably yes. Our listed cities represent our most-active areas, but we serve most of the greater metro. Send us your zip code and we'll confirm.

Is there a distance fee for farther cities?

Delivery is included at no extra charge within our standard 35-mile service zone. For addresses beyond that, reach out and we'll quote accordingly.
